Edgewood College wins inaugural NAC
Men's Golf Championship Edgewood lead by 27 strokes yesterday, shooting a team-best 311. The Eagles then shot a 313 today, 52 strokes better than runners-up Wisconsin Lutheran College (341-335), to win the event. Marian College finished in third place with a score of 680 (347-333), shooting the second best round of day-two. Edgewood's Bob Stilling (Lake Mills, Wis.) claimed medalist honors at the championship, edging out teammate Mike Brennan (Sauk City, Wis.) by two strokes.
